01. Agreement and scope
These terms apply to your use of Cycling Tracker and its Apple Watch app, provided by the Cycling Tracker developer (“we”). Contact: zpf772593693@gmail.com. Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before using the app. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
02. What the app provides
Cycling Tracker provides ride recording, metrics, route planning and import, history, playback, export, optional backups and Apple Health integration. Availability depends on your device, operating system, permissions, region and Apple services. iPhone and iPad require iOS/iPadOS 16 or later; Apple Watch requires watchOS 9 or later. The current version requires at least two valid location points, 10 metres of distance and 10 seconds of moving time to save a ride.
03. Safe and responsible use
Stay attentive to traffic, local rules and road conditions. Stop safely before operating your device. A planned, imported or hand-drawn route is not proof that a road is safe, legal or passable. Route hints are not turn-by-turn navigation or an emergency service.
GPS, compass, elevation, heart rate and calorie measurements or estimates may be inaccurate or unavailable. The app is a general fitness and recording tool, not a medical device or a source of diagnosis or treatment. Background recording depends on system conditions and permissions; it cannot continue after the app is terminated.
04. Free features and Pro purchases
Ride recording, history, single-track export, backups and basic watch recording are free in the current offering. Simple Cycling Pro unlocks advanced route editing, batch export, ride merging and dashboard colour customization. Available plans include monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a lifetime non-consumable purchase; actual availability, price, currency and terms appear in the App Store purchase sheet.
Payment is handled by Apple and charged to your Apple account upon confirmation. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled before the renewal deadline shown by Apple; to avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel through your Apple account subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Access normally remains until the paid period expires, subject to Apple’s applicable rules.
A lifetime purchase is a one-time Pro entitlement without recurring charges for this app; it is not a guarantee of perpetual service operation or entitlement to unrelated future products. If you already have a subscription, purchasing lifetime does not automatically cancel it. Cancel that subscription separately to avoid further charges.
Use Restore Purchases with the Apple account used to buy. Refunds are handled by Apple under its applicable policies. Expiry, refund or revocation may remove Pro access but does not itself delete your saved rides. See Apple’s instructions for cancelling subscriptions and requesting a refund.
05. Your content and backups
You retain your rights to your tracks, notes and photos. Only import or share material you are entitled to use, and respect others’ privacy. You choose where exports go and who receives them. Keep independent backups before deleting data, replacing a device or restoring data. Deleting records in one location does not automatically delete copies in Health, iCloud, another device or a recipient’s storage.
06. Licence and acceptable use
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on supported devices, subject to the applicable App Store licence. Do not use the app unlawfully, interfere with its services, bypass purchase verification, or copy and redistribute its code, branding or other protected assets without permission, except where applicable law permits it.
For App Store distribution, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where applicable. These terms describe app-specific use and do not displace mandatory Apple terms or statutory rights.
07. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful, reliable app, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete recording, accurate measurements or the continued availability of third-party services. Features may change through updates. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate sensor data, unavailable third-party services, unsafe use, or loss of data that reasonable backups could have prevented. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer remedies.
08. Changes, disputes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect app changes and will revise the date above. Material changes will be notified as required by applicable law. You may stop using the app at any time; subscriptions must be cancelled separately.
Please contact us first to try to resolve a concern. Applicable law and courts are determined by the rules that apply to your circumstances; these terms do not remove mandatory protections in your place of residence.
